What Is an Award in Education and Training?
The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) qualification is an introduction to teaching for those who work or would like to work in the further education and skills sector for further education (FE) colleges, independent training providers or Local Authorities.
This Qualsafe Awards qualification is designed to provide Trainee Trainers with an introduction to teaching/training in the further education and skills sector.
It is a knowledge-based teaching qualification which has no minimum teaching practice requirement, and therefore, it may be undertaken by individuals who are not currently in a teaching or training role.
As such, it is an ideal qualification and the industry standard to get you started on your teaching journey
