Our Mission & Ethos

Apex was formed by a group of friends that met at Exmoor Search and Rescue, we all have different stories and backgrounds but it's our combined love for Medicine and Rescue that has pulled us all together.  When first talking about setting up Apex it was clear we had some common thoughts on how we want to run the company, what we want to stand for and how we want to treat the people we work with.

Apex Medical and Rescue will always try and deliver on the following:

• To provide highly professional, safe, robust and high quality emergency care when ever it is needed.
• To provide high quality, practical, high fidelity training, to give everybody we train at any level the confidence to act in an emergency.
• To always move forward in skills and knowledge, never to sit back but always seek to learn more and bring that to the industry.
• To get to any patient anywhere, on any event and get them to definitive care.
• To inspire those that work with us or are trained by us to build their confidence and deliver their best in an emergency situation.
• To be a great place to work, where we care for our team, their professional development, mental health and general well being.
• To give back whenever and however we can to our community.
